29th May 2018

Field trip to Aigues Mortes

meet-up 10.30 am

Having in mind the Annual Photo Competition 2018 theme "Built in Southern France"
I suggest a field trip on the 29th May to the medieval city of Aigues Mortes
(20 miles from Nîmes)

We meet at 10:30 am in Aigues Mortes and after we can also have lunch for those interested...

Car pooling can be organised if needed.
If you propose attending please let me know before the 14th May.

I also want to call your attention on the

 Arles Photo Exhibition Program 2018 "Back to the Futur"
2nd July to 28th September 2018

Some 60 exhibitions are set up with world wide photographers

For information click on link below;
(you have the english version by clicking on En- on the right)

Last year, with a number of Photo Club members, but also other BritsNîmes members, we were able to get a discount for a group of ten people or more to discover Arles and the festival individually or during an organised trip.

With my special thanks to the BritsNîmes Committee
who has agreed funding partly so we can get a Pass at an interesting rate (something like 26-28€), allowing visitors to come whenever and as many times as they like ...
(but each exhibition can only be visited once)

Please let me know before the 20th May those interested in getting a group Pass individually and separetly those who would also like participating to a group visit with the Photo Club during the first week in July (probably Thursday the 5th July)
