Feburary’s visit will take us to the Herault, though really just a few miles south of Sommières, near the village of Saint-Christol. The domain, on a 35ha estate on a hill that is particularly exposed to the elements, produces a wide range of wines, though just one rosé. Domaine Coste-Moynier has one of the most beautiful views in the region due to its geographical position.
